We don't watch you read.

Saeculum has no user accounts and no server that stores anything about you. The library is static: every page is pre-rendered and served as a plain file. What you read, bookmark, or play is your business, and it stays in your browser.

What lives on your device

Your theme, bookmarked events, reading progress, and quiz streak are stored in this browser's local storage only. They never leave your device. Clear your browser's data and they're gone. There are no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless measurement tool. It records aggregate page views and performance, sets no cookies, and does not fingerprint you or build a profile across sites. We never sell or share this data.

Payments

Saeculum Premium is optional — the whole library is free without it. If you subscribe, payments are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch Saeculum. To recognise your Premium access on this device, an anonymous purchase id is kept in local storage; it isn't tied to your name or an account. Keep your receipt email if you ever need to restore access.
